James Scott Farrin

President

A graduate of Duke University School of Law, James Scott Farrin founded the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 1997. The purpose of the firm was to help as many injured people as possible receive the compensation the law provides, and to provide them with unparalleled service. The firm has since grown from the two employees and 30 clients we started with to over 100 employees and thousands of clients.


David Chamberlin

Director of Administration and Human Resources

Born and raised in upstate New York, Mr. Chamberlin joined the firm in 2007. He has six years of experience in executive healthcare and administrative management.

Kenneth M. Gondek

Attorney

An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Gondek’s areas of practice include car accidents and serious personal injury cases.

Eric Haase

Attorney

Mr. Haase practices law in the areas of serious personal injury, car accidents, and nursing home negligence and abuse.

Michael A. Jordan

Attorney

Mr. Jordan’s practice currently revolves around car accidents and personal injury cases. He has experience in the areas of criminal law, entertainment law, real estate, contracts and estate planning.

Marie Lang

Attorney

Ms. Lang’s areas of practice include personal injury and product liability as well as commercial and business litigation.

J. Michael Mackay

Attorney

Mr. Mackay is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation and serves as the head of the workers’ compensation team at James Scott Farrin. Mr. Mackay is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and worked for one of the largest insurance defense firms in the state before coming to our firm.

Eric J. Sanchez

Chief Operating Officer

As our firm’s Chief Operating Officer , Mr. Sanchez is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, and is the architect of most of the Firm’s internal operating systems and procedures. Mr. Sanchez has been with the firm since March 2000.

Tara Williams

Attorney

Ms. Williams is currently the head of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Section, representing independent inventors and small entrepreneurs in their infringement matters on a contingency fee basis, and assisting them in the protection of their intellectual property rights.

James Smith Farrin

Director of People

Mr. Farrin received a B.A. from Princeton and an M.B.A. from Stanford. He lived overseas for 17 years in nine different countries, while pursuing a career in International Business. Mr. Farrin served as President of the International Division of Mennen Company prior to being acquired by Colgate-Palmolive. Mr. Farrin was also a member of the faculty of the American Management Association. His specialty areas include turn-arounds, individual and group performance optimization, and strategic planning. He is a licensed trainer in presenting “TRP:” how to become a totally responsible person. At the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, Mr. Farrin serves as a Consultant.
