Ms. Blomberg is the Call Center and Client Relations manager for the firm. She has over 20 years of office management experience with 15 of those years specializing in the area of customer relations. Ms. Blomberg has been with the firm since April of 2003.
Ms. Correa works in our office in Sanford, NC as the receptionist, attending to the needs of our Latino clients. She is a native of Puerto Rico. Ms. Correa has been a resident of North Carolina for 17 years and has worked with the Latino community since 1989. At the moment she is still active in the Latino community to help the Latinos in this country. For this reason she came to work for the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, contributing in aiding Hispanic residents in defending their legal rights in any type of industrial accident, automobile or workers’ compensation. If you have been injured or know someone who has been injured, Ms. Correa may be able to help you in your own language.
Ms. Dunagin has been with the Law Office of James Scott Farrin since August of 2000. She has been in the legal field for 14 years. Before joining our Firm, she worked for a law firm in Hillsborough as an assistant to a criminal attorney. Ms. Dunagin is our Senior Intake Specialist and takes information from potential clients regarding their personal injury cases. She is also in charge of the Field Investigator calendars, making sure they have the correct information for their prospective appointments with our future clients. Ms. Dunagin has been happily married for 25 years and has 20-year old identical twin daughters who attend Alamance Community College and will go on to Watts School of Nursing and UNC Dental School. She has lived in the beautiful town of Hillsborough all of her life. She and her husband love to ride motorcycles and she is an avid reader and shopper.
Ms. Farrow joined our Firm in the fall of 2006 and works in our Greenville office assisting clients both on the phone and in person. Ms. Farrow brings to our Firm over 5 years of customer service and administrative experience. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and volunteering with hospice patients.
Ms. Garrison was born and raised in Niwot, Colorado. She has three daughters, identical twins Devyn and Jordan and Alex. Ms. Garrison speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys Latin dancing and Mexican regional music especially Duranguense.
Ms. Gondek joined James Scott Farrin in 2003 as a Case Manager and now works primarily receiving clients and visitors daily at our Durham headquarters. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Gondek has a B.S. in Animal Science from North Carolina State University. Ms. Gondek, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a native of Mexico City, lives in Durham with her husband Ken.
Ms. Howell joined the firm in the fall of 2006 as an operator in the Call Center. She brought with her over 25 years of phone and customer care experience.
She has 3 grandchildren that she loves to spend quality time with, keeping her quite busy. In addition to keeping a husband happy at home she has 3 dogs that she enjoys taking for long walks. Andie enjoys shopping for the grandkids, making quilts and other crafting projects. Andie is one of the very friendly voices ready to assist you when you call our office about your car accident or workers’ compensation case.
Erica Jenkins joined the Firm in the summer of 2007 working as our New Bern Office Coordinator. She has over 10 years of customer service experience to draw from when assisting our local clients. Erica is a busy Mom of a young son and new baby daughter devoting all her free time to her children.
Ms. Mitchell is one of the friendly operators in our Durham headquarters. She has been with the Firm since early 2003. She has many years of experience in office management and has worked in various other administrative roles. Ms. Mitchell resides in Oxford, NC, is married and has a daughter. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Mr. Peterson has provided customer service and administrative support for over ten years in a variety of settings. Mr. Peterson is bilingual and actively participates in volunteer work within the Hispanic community.
Mr. Peterson also enjoys traveling and watching the Mets…when they’re winning.
Ms. Riggs was born and raised in Sunny Southern California. Ms. Riggs currently lives in Cary with her husband and three daughters. She says they’re a very family oriented bunch.
The entire family plays softball and enjoys sitting around with the rest of the family cooking out, singing, dancing, and laughing.
Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Scott worked for over sixteen years as an administrative assistant for a large retail grocery chain.
Ms. Scott moved to North Carolina from Phoenix, Arizona in 2006 and loves living here. She is married and has two daughters. Ms. Scott most enjoys spending time with her family, preferably outside, getting acquainted with nature and attempting to teach her children the fine art of relaxation.
Christina joined the Firm in the summer of 2007. Christina was born and raised in Spain and then went on to live in several European Countries as a young adult. Prior to joining the Firm she worked for the North Carolina Public School system teaching Spanish. She looks forward to assisting both our Spanish and English speaking clients. In her spare time she enjoys reading, exercising and of course traveling.
Ms. White has been with the Firm since 2004. She works assisting both potential and existing clients with their personal injury, car accident and workers’ compensation case questions and concerns. Ms. White brings to the Firm over 9 years of administrative and customer service experience.
